Today we had to get up early in the morning because we wanted to go to London. We started at 9 o’clock. On our bus trip through London we saw the Gherkin, the Big Ben and the London Eye. We went to the Natural History Museum.  It was really cool because we could see dinosaurs like the
T-rex, furthermore a life size blue whale and we could experience an earthquake. Later we walked to the Hyde Park and listened to some people at speaker’s Corner. After that we started our tour to Westminster. On the way we saw the Buckingham Palace, relaxed at Trafalgar Square, passed 10 Downing Street and got the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The highlight was our ride on the London Eye in the evening. Afterwards we started our sightseeing trip through London at night. The illuminated city was fantastic.

Monday, 16th September

On Monday we could sleep longer than the other days. At 10 o’clock we went to Waldegraves Clubhouse and played our roleplays “At the restaurant“. It was so cool because we were well-prepared and successful and it was in a real pub. After that we did a cross-country race. Later we walked on the beach. It was the only cloudy day we spent in England but it was so cool because I found many mussels. The mussels were very big. Then we built sandcastles. We used our mussels for decovathy dinosaur, unicorn, Tower Bridge, border station, castles and had a great time. In the evening we made Burgers. They were so delicious.

Tuesday, 17th September

Today we had to get up early again, because we went to London for the second time. There we visited the Tower of London. With the help of a keyboard we spied the mysteries of the Tower. For example, we discovered the ravens, the crown jewels, with the big diamond Cullinan II and armory. We also talked to the Beefeaters. After our visit to the tower we went to the Science Museum. It took really a long time to get there because of the heavy traffic. We had a lot of fun in the Wonder lab, saw old planes and played different games. It was really cool and exciting.

Wednesday, 18th September

Today we had interviews in Colchester. Our families went to different places like the Visitors Information Center, the mercury theater, the Colchester Library, the Castle Park Rangers, Colchester galleries… and asked people who worked there about their business, special events and some more. After that we prepared an entry for our Milda Blog and went shopping. Then we went by bus to ASDA again and bought some food for dinner and our trip home. After arriving in the holyday park we cleaned the caravans and wrote our diaries. We cooked our last dinner went to the disco at 9 o`clock. The teachers were with us. For most of us the disco the best activity today.

Thursday, 19th September

10 o`clock we went at the bus and left to London. There we went to the Tower again but this time we got on board of a ship for a trip on the Thames. We enjoyed spectacular views on the Tower, Tower Bridge and the London Docklands. We arrived in Greenwich where we saw the Cutty Sark. After that we walked though Greenwich where we saw the Cutty Sark. After that we walked through Greenwich Park, took some family photos and visited the meridian. Then it was time to say „Good bye “.
